The purpose of this hospital is to provide the following services: Acute Care Hospital, Standard of Care, and Long-Term Care.

Because of the limited area granted to this project, the three primary blocks have been carefully located to share centralised resources such as underground car parking, a refuse disposal facilities system, and a logistics hub. These facilities are automated by SMART systems technology with access via laptop and smartphone Apps.

These three primary blocks are linked by stacked bridges, intermixed with open zones for natural ventilation and fresh air.

To serve as a vertical green building, large sky gardens are inserted within the façade to attract patients and visitors seeking a well-being sense of calmness and tranquillity.
