The new TNB headquarters is a large scale development comprising of four office towers ranging from 7-19 storeys, housing 3100 staff over an area of 650,000sqft.

 

Equipped with world class facilities to reflect the image of TNB as a national utility company, the complex encapsulates a 1020 seater convention centre, a 1030m2 GFA 'Centre of Electricity' (ICE) interactive exhibition, a 1120m2 GFA childcare and learning centre, plus a 1050 capacity Mosque. It's spread over a land area covering 55,118.20m² or 13.62 acres on Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

This fast track project is set be completed within 26 months from the start of construction. Designed using BIM software (Building Information Modelling) and adopting environmentally friendly technology to achieve a 'Green Building Index' (GBI) Platinum Rating Award.

Due to the tight logistical constraints, the construction schedule limited the allowable working hours due to the site location and the surrounding impact from the heavy traffic.
